All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy
By purchasing any of our courses, coaching sessions, or digital materials, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including:
- Non-usage of services
- Change of mind
- Inability to attend scheduled sessions
- Claims of unauthorized purchase using prepaid/gift cards
All offerings provided by The Nomad Core are digital or time-based in nature. Access to live sessions, recorded content, or online resources is considered delivered and consumed once payment or registration is confirmed.
Proof of Delivery & Service Use
For transparency, we maintain secure digital records for every client, including:
- IP address and device used during purchase
- Timestamp of transaction and access logs
- Attendance or participation records in live sessions
- Login and activity data for any course platforms
- Confirmation emails and digital receipts
These records serve as verifiable proof of delivery and usage, and will be submitted to payment processors in the event of disputes or chargebacks.
Gift Card Purchases (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
Purchases made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid/gift cards are bound by the same terms. Use of such cards constitutes acceptance of this policy.
Any chargeback attempt after using our services will be treated as fraudulent. The Nomad Core reserves the right to:
- Report such incidents to the respective card issuer
- Suspend access to current or future services
- Pursue legal or financial action where necessary

If you experience any issues or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at support@thenomadcore.com. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and professionally.
Initiating a chargeback without prior communication will be viewed as a policy violation and will be contested with full evidence of service delivery.
